By purchasing a ticket or entering a Historic Hudson Valley property, event, or experience, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.
1. Ticket Purchases
Ticket availability and pricing are subject to change. Pricing and specific times are not guaranteed until Historic Hudson Valley provides you with an official ticket confirmation, e-tickets, or printed tickets.
Historic Hudson Valley is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, or secondary marketplaces. Only tickets purchased directly through our official website or authorized channels will guarantee entry. Fake, duplicated, or invalid third-party tickets will not be honored or refunded.
Operational hours, tour schedules, event dates or times, and performance lineups are subject to change or cancellation. If a schedule change significantly impacts your ticketed time, Historic Hudson Valley will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, but no refunds or compensation are guaranteed outside of our standard exchange and cancellation guidelines.
2. Late Arrivals and “No Shows”
Timed tickets grant entry only for the specific time slot printed on the ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated on a space-available basis at the discretion of staff, but entry is not guaranteed, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued if capacity limits or other operational considerations prevent late entry. Early entry is not permitted.
Subject to the applicable cancellation and exchange policies, all ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-changeable after your scheduled entry time. Ticket holders who “no show” or fail to exchange their tickets by 5pm the day prior to their scheduled time forfeit the entire value of their tickets. Unused tickets for past dates cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Ticket Exchange Policy
Timed tickets can be exchanged for another available date or time until 5pm the day before your visit. Blaze Flex and Flex PLUS tickets sales are final and cannot be exchanged. Read our full Ticket Exchange Policy.
4. Visitation Policy
By purchasing a ticket to join Historic Hudson Valley’s visitors and staff at one of our historic sites, you and your party agree to follow all posted instructions while visiting our sites. It is your responsibility to contribute to our efforts to keep you, other visitors, and our staff safe. Luggage, large bags, tripods, monopods, drones, and other similar personal items are not permitted on our sites and cannot be stored. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle. Historic Hudson Valley reserves the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave the property who is not in compliance with our visitor guidelines.
Persons not employed by Historic Hudson Valley may not solicit or distribute literature on any Historic Hudson Valley property for any reason at any time, unless explicitly approved in advance by Historic Hudson Valley.
