TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
TIMED ENTRY TICKETS

Exchange Deadline: Timed tickets may be exchanged online for another available date or time up until 5PM the day before your visit.

Fees & Price Differences: Standard exchanges carry a $2.50 fee per ticket, plus any applicable price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced date or time. No refunds or account credits are issued if exchanging for a lower-priced ticket.

Non-Refundable & Past Dates: All ticket sales are non-refundable. Unused tickets for past dates or missed entry times cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Members may exchange timed tickets for another available date or time up until 5PM the day before your visit with no exchange fee.

FLEX TICKETS (Blaze Flex, Flex Plus & Twilight Village Flex)

Flex tickets are valid for one-time use on any open date and time during the event season.
- Sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Flex tickets are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
