Historic Hudson Valley, Westchester County’s largest cultural organization, seeks two (2) experienced security guards for evening and night shifts at our three (3) locations in Westchester County.

The Security Guard will patrol historic properties after closing, protect property from theft and damage, respond to alarms/calls of distress and perform security duties at HHV sponsored events.  This is a part-time position that offers and requires a lot of flexibility (weekend, holiday, and evening availability are a must.)

You must be in good physical condition and be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. We require a valid 8 hour training certificate, a valid 16 hour training certificate, a New York State Security Guard license, and a minimum of 2 years prior security experience.    A valid driver’s license is a must as is English fluency, basic computer proficiency (e.g. e-mail and the internet) and a high school diploma or GED.
