Historic Hudson Valley 2022 Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES FOR TIMED TICKETS:

Timed tickets are exchangeable to another date/time slot if that date/time has availability, up to 48 hours in advance of your reserved time slot. Requests must be made by 5pm two days in advance of your visit. Unused tickets for past dates are not exchangeable.
There is a $2.50 fee per ticket for exchanges, plus any applicable charge for higher-priced tickets. Refunds or credits are not given if pricing of new tickets is lower than the original purchase price.

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ILLNESS:

In case of illness, all unused timed tickets are exchangeable to another date/time slot if that date/time has availability – or refundable – up to the date/time on the ticket. Unused tickets for past dates are not exchangeable or refundable.
There is a $2.50 fee per ticket for exchanges or refunds, plus any applicable charge for higher-priced tickets. Refunds or credits are not given if the pricing of new tickets is lower than the original purchase price. The $2.50 per ticket exchange fee will be waived with a doctor’s note if provided before the date of your ticketed event or tour.
If you choose not to exchange your ticket for a date in 2022, the value of your tickets may be placed on a gift certificate. If a gift certificate is selected, exchange fees will be waived. Gift certificates are not refundable and are valid for 5 years.

Blaze: Hudson Valley Flex Tickets and Blaze: Long Island Flex Tickets are valid on any date and time the event is open, and sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges, refunds, or gift certificates will be offered under any circumstances.
